An independent Finnish association takes your support all the way
The Children of Zimbabwe Society is a politically and religiously independent Finnish association with long-term activities since the 1990s.
We support the schooling and well-being of 350 children in Zimbabwe's capital, Harare. In Zimbabwe, there are many who cannot afford school fees and health care for their children, often not even food.
Through a donation, you can give the children a chance for a better life!
What do we do?
We support the schooling and well-being of approximately 350 vulnerable children in Dzivarasekwa, a poor suburb of Harare. We have built a versatile activity center there. Our support is particularly aimed at girls, because they have much slimmer opportunities than boys to get an education.
In Zimbabwe, our partner Dzikwa Trust has a few dedicated employees who ensure that the day-to-day operations run. In Finland, our association operates entirely with voluntary forces.
Donate
In our aid work, we always proceed primarily from the interests of the children, their physical integrity and their mental well-being.
All donations we receive go straight to those who need help.
Become a sponsor
As a sponsor, you can ensure that a child in a vulnerable position in Zimbabwe can go to school. In addition, you can follow how your donation leads to lasting changes in the sponsored child's life.
